From non-specific electromagnetic field therapy to targeted Physical
Physical Vascular Therapy is currently the most
developed form of the therapeutic application of electromagnetic fields,
that is based on a
theory acceptebla to orthodox medicine and whose effects are scientifically proven.
The specific impulse of Physical Vascular Therapy
is patented and distinguishes itself from all other applications
used in therapeutically used pulses by its extremely wide frequency spectrum.
Electromagnetic field is only used as a carrier and transmitter for the special
BEMER-specific signal, which is responsible for the effects in the body.
The particularity and uniqueness of Physical Vascular Therapy lies in the signal used and its configuration.
The signal leads to a scientifically demonstrated stimulation of the smallest afferent and efferent vessels. In addition, a stimulation of the centrally controlled somewhat larger vessels has been achieved. This synergistic effect on both vascular areas has improved on the effects of previous efforts and especially prolongs the casting time significantly.
Through this special Plus Signal, which has been integrated into the normal background
signal, the user of the BEMER application achieves
additional stimulation of vascular motility (vasomotion) in the smallest
Vasomotion refers to rhythmic changes in the
Diameter of arterioles and small arteries which play the most important role in
the distribution of blood in the tissue. The optimization of capillary blood flow
achieves a significantly improved adaptation of the microcirculation to changing
metabolic needs of the tissue to be supplied.
Through the continuous
research and development into the BEMER-PRO/CLASSIC Set it has become possible
to apply the Plus-Signal continuously - and with all application modules
Yes, in the BEMER PRO/CLASSIC Sets the Plus Signal can be turned on and off with the push of a button.
The Full Application Module B.BODY reaches a maximum average flux density of 35 to 50 μT (micro Tesla), all other application modules (B.PAD, B.SPOT) from 100 to 150 μT (micro Tesla) (The values relate to with and without Plus signal.).
The strength of an electromagnetic field is determined by two variables: the tension of the flowing current and the number of turns of the coil. This means that at the same current intensity, the flux density of the electromagnetic field depends on the number of windings of the coil. In Physical Vascular Therapy, there are two different types of coils: the weaker Full Application Module B.BODY and the stronger application modules B.PAD and B.SPOT. The current is controlled by the ten levels or with three programs. Thus, the flux densities given above can be achieved.
The device works with 12-15 volts DC. This is generated by an external power supply from the mains supply (100-240 volts AC) or with the supplied battery. The device is electrically isolated from the circuit.
In the Full Application Module B.BODY six pancake coils are integrated. When current flows through these coils, a magnetic field is formed perpendicular to the direction of flow of the electric current . Every BEMER system generates a pulsating field in this way (see Physical Vascular Therapy pulse).
The strength of the field (flux density) is, on average, dependent on the mode selected on the control unit, between 3.5 to 35 μT (micro Tesla) without Plus Signal, and up to 50 μT when the plus signal is turned on (B.BODY). The full application module B.BODY is designed to affect as many blood vessels as possible throughout the body.
The B.PAD is a flexible long and narrow coil element with three integrated coils.
Due to its flexible design, the B.PAD can be wrapped around a joint or applied along the spine, a leg or an arm as needed. Due to its length, larger portions of the body can be simultaneously and additionally stimulated.
Also, it can easily be taken on a journey together with the controller thanks to its flexible and compact design.
Our appliances are subject to stringent and extensive quality control before delivery. In the unlikely event that an error occurs, please refer to the instruction manual.
If the error message still persists, please immediately contact your supervising BEMER business partner or the Technical Service Hotline at BEMER Int. AG (see instruction manual) and refrain from any further treatment until the error is corrected.
If an application module (B.BODY, B.PAD, B.SPOT or B.LIGHT) should show visible damage (loosening of the adapter, failure of an LED ...), or should the control device or a cable show visible damage, please refrain from any further use of this application module and immediately contact your supervising BEMER business partner or the Technical Service Hotline at BEMER Int. AG (see instruction manual).
The B.LIGHT is only suitable for the treatment of diseases and problems of the skin, as well as to support the healing of wounds. Die best results can be achieved when one applies B.LIGHT together with the full body application (Base Plan).
The B.LIGHT uses non-coherent, monochromatic, i.e. a very pure red light of only one wavelength (660 nm), which is generated by light-emitting diodes (LED).
This light is, unlike mixed red light, a cold light, and its effect is primarily based on a complicated chemical reaction between light portions and skin cells or substances in the skin (called photo-oxidation)
A laser is monochromatic (pure light of only one wavelength) and coherent (in phase), an LED (light emitting diode) is only monochromatic.
The LEDs used comply with the requirements of DIN EN 62471. The LEDs are maintenance-free.
For the precise application of B.LIGHT please read the instruction manual or contact your supervising BEMER partner or user support at BEMER Int.
There may be irritation of the light receptors, which can then lead to an impaired color vision over a longer period of time (especially problematic when driving).
So please never look directly into the light.
IMPORTANT: Avoid direct light exposure, always wear the supplied protective goggles when using the B.LIGHT.
This notice is in particular to protect the user and is not directly linked
with the effects of Physical Vascular Therapy.
These disorders include:
* Unclear Fever: Fever itself is actually not a disease, but a defensive reaction.
The cause of fever should generally be
clarified by a doctor, as the organism usually responds to infections with fever.
Subsequently, the physician decides whether and how the Physical Vascular Therapy
* Severe cardiac arrhythmias.
Severe cardiac arrhythmia
can be life-threatening. First, the cause of the arrhythmia should
be clarified by a doctor. If the cause consists of a lack of specific
minerals, these must be supplied accordingly prior to the application of physical
Vascular Therapy, otherwise the symptoms might increase.
Generally, the Physical Vascular Therapy has a
stabilizing effect on the heart rhythm. But even fear of the electromagnetic field
may represent a therapeutic obstacle and thus lead to complications. That is why
we recommend Physical Vascular Therapy be initially used under medical supervision
* Large aneurysms:.
An aneurysm is defined as the
ballooning of a blood vessel in the wake of a vessel wall injury or disease.
Severely damaged blood vessels can burst at any time and cause life-threatening internal
bleeding. As the blood pressure can decrease under the influence of Physical
Vascular Therapy - when used properly - in this case there may be a decrease of pressure
on the vessel wall. In the best case, the probability that a blood vessel
burst can thus be reduced to a minimum. In the long term, the Physical
Vascular therapy has a stabilizing effect on the vessel wall. However, especially fear of the electromagnetic field
may be an obstacle to therapy and even raise blood pressure for a short time.
We therefore recommend that, for the safety of the patient, the first applications be
carried out under the supervision of a physician to soothe the patient and take his fear
* Seizures uncompensated by medication.
neurological and psychiatric facilities has shown that under
Physical Vascular Therapy seizure frequency and severity
can be reduced. If these attacks (especially epilepsy and schizophrenia)
can not be compensated by medication, we recommend also to perform the application
under the control of a physician.
